We use the computer software 'Mac Project' for long term workflow programming using critical path analysis techniques to identify key deadlines. A Microsoft Excel based spreadsheet system is used to programme week by week workflow.

Weekly practice meetings are held to review overall workflow and to inform all teams of ongoing projects. Individual weekly project team meetings are held to review and confirm the progress of all current team jobs. Non job specific administration and management meetings are held on a monthly basis.
