Our brief was to refurbish the existing period home, a protected structure, and add an energy efficient extension to the rear. An external and internal room-by-room Building Record and Historical Report were prepared for inclusion with the planning application and a number of sketch options were prepared to show the location of the highly energy efficient extension onto the rear of the house.
