Cloughvalley housing construction contract signed.
Cloughvalley housing project, designed by Monaghan County Council in conjunction with Cooney
Architects, went on site in September 2010. This is Cooney Architects third GCCC form of
contract project to reach on-site stage. The 22 highly energy efficient houses incorporate
super insulated building fabric, high levels of air-tightness, demand controlled heat recovery
ventilation and solar panels.
