Cooney Architects were engaged to prepare a masterplan for lands denoted M2 in the Cavan County Development Plan 2008-2014.
The aim of the masterplan was to create a document which could be used as a guide for future developments to support, contribute to and consolidate the town core of Kingscourt while complying with the highest urban design standards.
