Kingscurt Masterplan.  Cooney Architects were engaged to prepare a masterplan for the lands highlighted M2 in the Cavan County Development Plan 2008-2014. 

The aim of this masterplan is to comply with the Cavan County Development Plan, and create a document which can be used as a guide for future developments; developments which will support, contribute to and consolidate the town core function of Kingscourt, while complying with the highest urban design standards.
