Craanford, Gorey, Co. Wexford.  Cooney Architects prepared a masterplan for the village identifying appropriate locations for new residential developments, civic spaces, river walkways, and commercial buildings. The masterplan included contextual analysis showing nodes and linkages and identified sites for development. The first of three phases is now complete, planning permission has been granted for the second phase including housing, and planning permission has been applied for the third phase commercial element including new shops, restaurant, bar, civic space and health spa.
