Completed in 2006, this project involved the conservation of a former district hospital (a protected structure), urban infill residential, and the creation of new commercial street within existing urban context. We carried out a detailed urban study to define how high-density housing and commercial elements could be incorporated within the context of the former hospital building. Detailed pre-planning discussions were held with the Local Authority, and Planning Permission was granted within 8 weeks of lodgement.
