Ingrid graduated from the College of Commerce in 1992. She spent her formative years in the hospitality industry and subsequently changed her career following an inspiring stint at a high profile New York design firm.

After some years working in other firms on projects which included residential and commercial fit outs, she joined Cooney Architects in 2000. She has managed some of the largest construction jobs in the practice, designing and project managing a range of projects from childcare facilities to a Dublin 4 restaurant.

Ingrid qualified as a project manager in 2006, and became an associate in 2007.
